Yossi Ronis

Entrepreneur & CEO

Yossi Ronis  is an experienced entrepreneur, developing and managing new businesses. Yossi has established businesses that address water issues, gardening and agriculture such as "AP2U.NET", a start-up company that provides remote control management of irrigation systems, "HydroSpin Ltd." that develops a system for monitoring distant broadcast of energy within the water flow and Nofar Ltd. that develops and maintains some of Israel's leading indoor and outdoor gardening projects. Until recently, Yossi served as the CEO of "TadSec", a developer of software for Command & Control systems that is globally utilized in the field of Homeland Security. Yossi is also a director at "Box 24", a company involved in Web TV.

Ilan Katz

Partner & CTO

Ilan Katz has over 10 years of engineering and academic experience, including 5 years of research experience at the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) where he managed the research at the laboratory for wastewater treatment and reuse. Ilan offers practical work experience with various government bodies associated in this field. Ilan is the manager of the "Water-Arc" Company whose goal is to establish sustainable water infrastructures that address current environmental and economic considerations. Ilan offers consultancy services, plans Irricycles unique systems and implements turnkey projects all over Israel.

David (Dudi) Kaplan

Dudi Kaplan has a vast experience  as consultant and entrepreneur in Israel and abroad. Dudi is a former Associate Director of the leading consulting company in Israel - Tefen, working internationally and traded on the TASE. At Tefen Dudi developed strategies, lead M&A, turn around and restructuring with the leading companies in Israel in a variety of sectors: energy, clean-tech, financial institutions, transportation, consumer goods, retail, telecom and more. Dudi has a track record of developing new business and he is the owner of Investico, an investment company. Dudi holds a B.A in Economics and Business Management (Com Laude) from Haifa University, M.Sc. in Economics (Com Laude) from the Technion and a MBA from Tel Aviv University. Beside his business activities Dudi taught finance and economics in several leading Israeli academic institutions.

Ramy Halperin

Engineering consultant, Health and Environmental Matters

Ramy Halperin was the Head Engineer of Health and Environment Issues at the Jerusalem Ministry of Health for over 23 years. For the past few years Ramy has been involved in a wide range of environmental and health related activities including defining of regulations for the quality of drinking water in Israel and analyzing the impact of industry related activities on the environment. Highly knowledgeable and experienced in his field, Ramy holds a B.Sc in Agricultural Engineering and an M.Sc in Sanitary Engineering.
